Windows Live Onecare & Security Essentials – MPSIGSTUB.EXE

Mpminisigstub.exe and mpsigstub.exe will be found in your Windows\System or System32 folder. These files install With Windows Live Onecare and the Windows Live OneCare free safety scanner by Microsoft. These files are needed when updating Microsoft AntiMalware signatures. This data is used when scanning your system for malicious software. So unless these files are causing you problems, you'll want to let them do their thing.
