MSN Toolbar Helper – MSNESHELLX.DLL

Msneshellx.dll is the MSN Toolbar Helper. You'll find it in your c:\Program Files\MSN\Toolbar\3.0.0427.0\ folder (the number will vary based upon the version you have installed). The new MSN Toolbar gives you access to MSN content, Live Search, Windows Live Mail and Messenger as well as news and search options. By default, the MSN Toolbar runs on system startup and is available in your web browser. If you like using this toolbar; leave this file in place. If you unintentionally installed the toolbar when installing another program, it can be safely removed via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
