Norton Antivirus – NAVLOGON.DLL

Navlogon.dll will appear in your Windows\System or System32 folder. It uses the Winlogon Notify registry key to run on system startup. This file installs with Norton Antivirus 2006 and Norton Internet Security 2006. If you use either of these products, we'd recommend leaving this file in place.
