Network Connections - NETMAN.DLL
Netman.dll is a service provided by Microsoft. It manages objects in the Network and Dial-Up Connections folder, in which you can view both local area network and remote connections. By default, this is set to "manual" in Windows XP home and pro. If you run a network or if you connect to the Internet via Dial-up, you'll want to leave this file in place.
