Service Controller – NETSVC.EXE

Netsvc.exe is called the "Command-line Service Controller". It is a command line utility that installs with the Windows NT4 or 2000 resource kit. Using it, you can display a list of all of the services running on a local or remote machine. You can also use the utility to query, stop, and start the service.
