Open Source Installer – NSIS.LIBRARY.REGTOOL.EXE

Nsis.library.regtool.exe is part of the Nullsoft Scriptable Install System. This open source installation utility is used by some programmers to install their programs. This program could be used to install perfect legitimate programs or it may be used to install unwanted files. But the program itself is safe. More information can be found at http://nsis.sourceforge.net/.

This file should not need to be running all the time. If you've just installed something, rebooting your system should get rid of it.
