Parental Controls – OPTPROXY.EXE

Optproxy.exe will be found in your C:\Program Files\OPTENET\bin\ folder, in your c:\Program Files\Securitoo\Controle Parental\bin\ folder, or in your C:\Program Files\Club-Internet\Controle Parental\bin\ folder. This file was most likely installed by your Internet Service Provider when you setup parental controls.

Optenet PC originally created the software but now licenses it to a number of ISPs. The program runs as a proxy to filter out inappropriate content that you don't want your kids to see.
