Toshiba Touch & Launch – PADEXE.EXE

Padexe.exe installs with the Toshiba "Touch and Launch" utilities. These utilities come installed on Toshiba laptop computers and allow you to use the Toshiba TouchPad pointing device for easy program launch, easy access function keys (via fn-esse) and other shortcuts.

If you don't use these utilities, we'd recommend going to your Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, and uninstalling them there.
