Nokia PC Suite – PCSYNC2.EXE

Files called pcsync2.exe and launch application 2.exe install with PC Suite 6 for Nokia phones. You can use PC Suite to synchronize phone information with a compatible PC, install software, configure phone settings, and make backups of phone files.

Pcsync2.exe doesn't need to be running all the time but is required when synchronizing data. Launch application 2.exe places an icon in your system tray that can be used to quickly launch the PC Suite software. It is not required and can be removed if you don't use it.

There may be other programs with files named "Datalayer".
