64bit Windows – PERFHOST.EXE

PerfHost.exe will be found in your c:\Windows\SysWOW64\ folder. This is a folder that comes installed with 64-bit versions of Windows including XP, Server 2003 and Vista. (WOW stands for "Windows on Windows" and refers to 32bit emulation within the 64 bit environment.
