Photoshopelementssyncagent.exe is the PhotoShop Elements Backup and Synchronization Agent. This utility installs with PhotoShop Elements 7.x or later. It will backup or sync your photo albums to photoshop.com. To control when Backup/Sync functions occur, click on the Sync Agent icon in your system tray and select "Backup/Sync only when idle", "Pause" or "Stop Backup/Sync".
