Power Management – PPPEUSER.EXE

Files called pppeuser.exe, upsio.exe and upssrv.exe install with PowerPanel and PowerPanelPlus, a power management program by CyberPower Systems. They'll probably appear in your c:\Program Files\CyberPower PowerPanel Persoanl Edition\ folder. They are included with the CyberPower Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Cyberpower Automatic Voltage Regulators. If the power goes out, your UPS will kick in and either allow you to shut your system down normally or run on battery power. PowerPanelPlus lets you monitor spikes or drops in voltage, battery time, configuration, etc.
