Process Explorer – PROCEXP.EXE

Procexp.exe is the executable for Process Explorer for Windows by Sysinternals. This program will tell you which program has a particular file or directory open. It shows you information about which handles and DLLs processes have opened or loaded. More information can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/ProcessExplorer.mspx. Microsoft now owns Sysinternals programs.
