Sysinternal's PSTools – PSEXESVC.EXE
PSEXESVC.EXE is a service installed by Sysinternal's PSEXEC utility. This comes bundled with other utilities in their PsTools suite. It allows a remote user to execute command line operations on the target machine. More info is available at http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/pstools.shtml.
Because this program is freeware and because of it's remote access capabilities, it is often used by hackers. PSEXESVC.EXE is associated with the following viri, trojans or wroms. If you didn't install this file on your system, consider running your antivirus scanner.
