Multiple Programs – PSI.EXE

Psi.exe is the executable for the PSI Instant Messenger based upon the Jabber (XMPP) protocol. Psi can connect to the Yahoo! Messenger, AIM, ICQ and .NET Messenger Service networks. Other services available using gateway servers, include RSS and ATOM news feeds, sending SMS messages to cellular networks and weather reports. If you want to be able to message friends and want them to be able to see that you're online, leave this file in place.

Psi.exe also installs with Personal Software Inspector by Secunia. This program detects installed software and categorises your software as either Insecure, End-of-Life, or Up-To-Date.
