HP QuickPlay – QPCAPSVC.EXE

Qpcapsvc.exe is the QuickPlay Background Capture Service. You'll find it in your c:\Program Files\HP\QuickPlay\Kernel\TV\ folder. QuickPlay will play radio or tv broadcasts and all of the popular music and movie formats. Additionally, it makes it possible to use your laptop as a TV, DVD player or CD player without booting your operating system. Numerious updates are available for QuickPlay under Windows XP. To find them, go to http://www.hp.com and search for "Quickplay" or "Quickplay Update".
