Real Player Updates – REALUPGRADE.EXE

Realupgrade.exe will be found in your c:\Program Files\Real\RealUpgrade\ folder. It is an updater from Real Software. It places an icon in your system tray and notifies you of updates to your Real Player software. It also creates a scheduled task in c:\windows\Tasks\RealUpgradeLogonTaskS-1-5-21-2192268468-2700554557-1442440368-1005.job. The numbers in the task name can vary by version. If you don't mind checking for updates yourself, you can get remove these files from your Startup Programs and Scheduled Tasks using WinPatrol. You'll always find the latest version of Real Player at http://www.real.com/realplayer.
