Intel Networking – REGSRVC.EXE

RegSrvc.exe will probably appear in your Windows\System or System32 folder. This file runs as a service and is a TCP/IP NetBIOS helper application. This file installs with many Intel Networking products. If you use an Intel Networking product, leave this file in place. If not, it can be removed using WinPatrol.
