REMIND32.EXE

Multiple programs have been distributed with a program called Remind.exe or Remind32.exe
Generally, these programs are used to remind you of a data entered into a schedule or to remind you to register your program.
Used by Microsoft Money to remind you to pay your bills, Registration reminder by Compaq Printers, HP CD-Writer, ScanSoft products, Xerox’s Textbridge OCR and I'm sure other programs.

Probably Safe from reputable company

Usually safe to remove.
