Remind_XP.exe installs with PC Angel by SoftThinks. PC Angel is a recovery program that runs under WindowsXP and comes pre-installed on all HP Pavilion home systems. More information can be found at http://www.softthinks.com/us/index.asp.

A file called Remind_XP.exe may also install with Calendar Creator by Broderbund.

Because this is a relatively common name, it's logical to assume that there are more programs using this name.
