RIM Device Manager – RIMAUTOUPDATE.EXE

Rimautoupdate.exe and rimdevicemanager.exe are the Research in Motion Handheld Device Communications Manager and automatic updater. You'll need rimdevicemanager.exe when you're sharing or syncing information between your PC or Laptop and your Blackberry or other handheld device. If you don't mind checking for updates manually, you can get by without rimautoupdate.exe.
