Rmtray.exe installs with Registry Mechanic by PC Tools software. Registry Mechanic promises to improve your system's speed and performance by cleaning, repairing, and optimizing your Windows Registry. Rmtray.exe places an icon in your system tray that can be used to access the program. If you never use the tray icon, you can get by without this file.
