QoS RSVP Service - RSVP.EXE
Rsvp.exe is a service provided by Microsoft. It provides network signaling and local traffic control setup functionality for QoS-aware programs and control applets. When working properly, this service can shift bandwidth giving more to applications that require it. This service runs as 'manual' under Windows XP. We'd recommend leaving it in place.
