Smart Card Helper - SCARDSVR.EXE
Scardsvr.exe runs as a service provided by Microsoft. It enables support for both current and legacy non-plug and play smart-card readers used on your computer. If this service is stopped, this computer will not support legacy reader. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start. If you have a card reader, we'd recommend leaving this file in place.
