Multiple Programs – SCHEDULED.EXE

Scheduled.exe is a list of programs scheduled to be recorded by your Personal Video Recorder Agent (PVR Agent). This may have installed with V-Stream MultiMedia, Tevion Multimedia, Zolid Multimedia, Elements Multimedia, or Mentor PVR Plus. If you use any of these services, leave this file in place. If you remove it, any programs you have scheduled will fail to be recorded.

Because this is a fairly common name, it may be in use by other programs that allow you to schedule tasks in advance.
