Schedule Tasks Utility – SCHTASKS.EXE

Schtasks.exe is a Microsoft Task that lets an administrator to create, delete, query, change, run, and end scheduled tasks on a local or remote computer. Running Schtasks.exe without arguments displays the status and next run time for each registered task. This is a legitimate tool that can be considered safe as long as you know why it's running and what it's doing. If your computer is in a workplace setting, talk to your IT Professional before removing this file.
