Sdtray.exe, swdsvc.exe and swdoctor.exe install with Spyware Doctor by PC Tools. This program promises to remove spyware, adware, Trojans, keyloggers, spybots and tracking threats. More information can be found at http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/.

In both cases, this file places an icon in your system tray that can be used to access the program.
