Selectrebates.exe, selectrebates.dll, selectrebates.ini, selectrebates_siteinstall.exe, selectrebatesapi.exe, selectrebatesuninstall.exe, selectrebatesa.dat and selectrebatesb.dat install with Adware.SelectRebates by ShopAtHome.com. In addition to generating popup ads, SelectRebates may attempt to hijack your browser's home page and search settings.

We'd recommend removing these files using WinPatrol. First, kill them under Active Tasks then remove them from your Startup Programs and/or IE Helpers. If running WinPatrol 8.x or later; right click each file then select "Delete file on Reboot". Finally, reboot your system.
