Microsoft Search Enhancement Pack – SEPSEARCHHELPERIE.DLL

Searchhelperie.dll will be found in your c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Search Enhancement Pack\Search Helper\ folder. You'll also find files called "seaport.exe" and "cguard.exe" running on your system. The Search Enhancement Pack installs as part of the Windows Live Toolbar, Windows Live Messenger and Internet Explorer 8.x. If you don't recall installing this, it may have installed when you ran the Windows XP SP3 update. Some users report that the Windows Live toolbar installs even if not selected as part of the install. These files will run on system startup unless you disable them using WinPatrol. If you don't enjoy using Windows Live Toolbar, that can be uninstalled via Control Panel. You'll find more information and the latest versions of Windows Live programs at http://home.live.com/.
