Fast User Switching Compatibility - SHSVCS.DLL

Shsvcs.dll is a service provided by Microsoft. It provides management for applications that require assistance in a multiple user environment. When you go to your Start menu then select "Log Off", you'll see a 'Switch User' option. If you disable this service, that option will go away.
