Multiple Programs – SHUTDOWN.EXE

Most commonly, shutdown.exe is the remote shutdown tool for Windows NT, 2000, XP and Windows Server 2003. More information can be found at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;317371&sd;=tech. If you don't use this tool, you don't need this file.
