Siuloader.exe is the update notification utility that installs with your Internet Access from Shaw Cable. Most users seem to categorize this file as a nuisence and a resource hog. If you agree, it can be removed using WinPatrol. Simply kill it under Active Tasks then remove it from your Startup Programs.
