SmartDoctor technologies from ASUS include Fan RPM Monitoring, AGP Power Level Monitoring, SmartCooling Technology, OverHeat Protection, and Dynamic OverClocking. If you're overclocking your Asus board, it would be a good idea to leave this file in place so you could keep an eye on the temperature to avoid overheating problems.
