SwiftView Viewer – SPAUTHSERV.EXE

Spauthserv.exe installs with the SwiftView Viewer. This program makes it possible for you to view and print PCL, HPGL and TIFF format files. The SwiftView Viewer displays, prints, searches and converts the industry standard "print streams" PCL and HPGL. More information can be found at http://www.swiftview.com/prod1.htm.

This file doesn't necessarily need to be running all the time. You can launch it when needed via Start > Programs.
