Spnsrvnt.exe is the SafeNet Sentinel (you may see it described as the SentinelProtectionServer). This program installs with SafeNet Sentinel. This program promises to protect you from inbound Internet threats that could compromise system security. More information can be found at http://www.safenet-inc.com/. It also handles rights management. If you use any of the SafeNet Sentinel products, leave this file in place.
