System Mechanic - STARTUPGUARD.EXE

StartupGuard.exe installs with System Mechanic version 5.x by Iolo Technologies. This program promises to keep your system running fast and error free. This suite of utilities includes a registry cleaner, a duplicate file checker, an Internet connection optimizer, a Windows startup program utility, an Uninstaller utility and scheduled maintenance wizard. As you might guess, startupguard.exe is necessary for the Windows Startup Program functions. Because you have WinPatrol installed, Scotty is already watching for changes to your startup programs so you may not need to run this as well.
