Startup Faster – STARTUPLOADER.EXE

StartupLoader.exe installs with Startup Faster 2004. This program promises to make your computer boot faster by launching your start-up applications one at a time rather than attempting to do them all at once.

StartupLoader.exe runs on system startup and launches the Startup Faster program. That, in turn, loads all of your startup files one by one. More info can be found at http://www.pcfaster.com/support.htm.

The program also offers a startup program manager that can be used to disable certain startup programs. Because you're using WinPatrol, you can manage your startup files under the "Startup Programs" tab.
