Steelvine.exe installs with Speeding HDD from ASUS. Speeding HDD was designed with gamers and overclockers in mind. It promises to make hard drive access twice as fast. In order for this to work, your ASUS Motherboard must have Speeding HDD capable ports and this feature has to be turned on in your system BIOS.
