Still Image Support – STI_CI.DLL

STI_CI.DLL is the "Still Image Cross Installer Library". It's generally found in the Windows\System directory of Windows 98 or later.

Most commonly, Windows uses this file to communicate with an imaging device such as a scanner, digital camera, or (in some cases) a web cam. Depending on the hardware and software you're running, this file may need to be running. We'd recomend against removing it.
