Toshiba Update Utility – SWUPDTMR.EXE

Swupdtmr.exe, ivpsvmgr.exe and netint.exe come installed on the Toshiba Satellite line of laptops. These files are part of the Toshiba Update Manager that can be accessed via a small red Toshiba Satellite icon in your taskbar. When clicked, it searches for Toshiba and Windows Updates. You also have the option of scheduling updates using swupdtmr.exe. Some users report system slowness when these files are running. If you find that to be the case, they can be removed using WinPatrol.
