Task Catcher Real-time Monitor – TASKTRAP.EXE

Tasktrap.exe installs with Task Catcher, the latest program from BillP Studios (creator of WinPatrol). Task Catcher allows you to efficiently monitor programs running on your computer without slowing you down or hogging all your memory. Task Catcher will block unwanted programs from running and restart your favorite programs if they are disabled or crash.

Tasktrap.exe is your real-time task monitor. A file called taskcat.exe will also be running on your system. If you have "Automatically run Task Catcher when computer starts" selected, these files will appear in your Active Tasks list. We'd recommend leaving these files in place.
