Windows Theme Management – THEMESERVICE.DLL

Files called themeservice.dll, themeservice.dll.backup, themeui.dll and uxtheme.dll will be found in your Windows\System or System32 folder. These files let you manage themes in Windows 7. These themes control the look and feel of your user interface (desktop, wallpaper, etc.). We'd recommend leaving these files in place.
