Dell Data Safe – TOASTERLAUNCHER.EXE

Toasterlauncher.exe, stfservice.exe and stlog.dll install with Dell Data Safe Online. The files will generally be found in your c:\Program Files\Dell Datasafe Local Backup\Components\Scheduler folder. The program comes installed on many Dell desktop and notebook computers. Dell Data Safe offers secure online data backups. If you use Data Safe, leave these files in place. If you don't use it, you can uninstall it or disable these files in your Startup Programs and IE Helpers using WinPatrol.
