Toshiba Power Saver - TOSCOSRV.EXE

Toscosrv.exe, tpwrmain.exe, tpsoddctl.exe. Tpsoddctl.exe and tpsmain.exe install with Toshiba's "Power Saver" program. This program comes installed on most Toshiba laptops. It monitors your battery life and notifies you when your battery is low via a system tray icon (tpwrtray.exe). It also offers quick access to configure your power management preferences.

In some cases, this program may conflict with the power management features in Windows XP or Windows Vista. If you're having problems with it, you can remove the file via WinPatrol or you can uninstall the power management software via Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs. If you're not having problems with this program, leave it in place. It's a pretty handy utility.
