ThinkPad Utility – TPSCRLK.EXE

A file called tpscrlk.exe will appear in your Windows\System or System32 folder. This file comes installed on many IBM Thinkpad notebook computers. It will show you the status of your num lock, scroll lock and caps lock keys. If you don't use this functionalitly, you can get by without this file.
