Camera Monitor – TSNPSTD3.EXE

Tsnpstd3.exe appears to install with webcams of Chinese origin. A files called vsnpstd3.exe installs with Snappy by Play inc. It will appear in your Windows folder and you may see it described as a "CameraMonitor Application". In some cases, a file called snpstd.exe will also appear on your system.

Snappy takes video and turns it into digital images. It works with still photos or moving pictures. Sound also can be recorded if you capture moving pictures. The video can come from a TV, a VCR, a camcorder or a separate video camera.

Vsnpstd2.exe will launch the Snappy software for you when you connect a supported device. If you don't mind launching it yourself, you can get by without this file.
