Toshiba Webcam Utility – TWEBCAMERA.EXE

Twebcamera.exe. comes installed on many Toshiba laptop computers that have built in webcams. You'll generally find this file in your c:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\TOSHIBA Web Camera Application\ folder. This utility gives you a small popup window at the side of your monitor that you can use to adjust your webcam settings. If you don't use your webcam, you can get by without this file.
