Updaterstartuputility.exe will be found in your c:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\UWA\ folder. You may see it described as the Adobe AAM Updater. This file installs with Adobe Creative Suite 5.x or later. The Adobe Application Manager (AAM) update Notifier. You're told when updates are available and prompted to download them.
