USB System Tray Icon – USBDETECTOR.EXE

USBdetector.exe is a system tray application that installs with a number of USB card readers and flash drives. You may find it in a folder called c:\USBstorage\. It places an icon in your system tray that monitors the status of your USB device. This icon can also be used to 'safely remove hardware'.

This program has a very small footprint and shouldn't really hurt anything so we'd recommend leaving it in place.
