Messenger Sharing USN Journal Reader – USNSVC.DLL

Usnsvc.dll and usnsvcplus.dll will be found in your c:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\ folder. They install as the Messenger Sharing USN Journal Reader Service. This file will be installed if you're running MSN Messenger 7 with the Microsoft Journal Viewer and need support for handwriting capabilities.
